Wall balls or basketball 🏀 shots???

Wall balls should ideally be a fluid movement.

Try to avoid doing a poor squat then standing up and shooting a hoop with one arm, yes it might bring you back to your high school basketball glory days but we want to keep our body aligned and symmetrical in this movement.
