Hello TruFit family, I hope you are finding ways to enjoy our winter season so far. I am because I just like the snow, actually I like all the seasons even though we barely had a summer and fall this year.
But let’s get to the heart of this December 2022 newsletter: the bootcamp schedule, a healthy holiday recipe to try, a member highlight, and TruFit’s 5 year anniversary party.
December bootcamp schedule:
Monday – focus on legs
Tuesday – WOD
Wednesday – focus on upper body
Thursday – WOD
Friday – Core-cardio / full body

Saturday – Mobility & Bootcamp
Here is a holiday treat you might like to try: Eggnog protein smoothie
1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup (240ml) almond milk,unsweetened
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 medjool date
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. almond extract
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately.
Let’s welcome new member Franchesca. She has lost 10 pounds in her first four weeks. Fantastic and spot on.

Fianally, TruFit has reached a milestone. Jess has been in business for five years now. In appreciation, you’re invited to join us Saturday 17 Dec 2022 at 8 and 9 am for our regular workouts plus a little party get together from 10-12. There will be food, drink, and games and just hanging out. Bring spouse and kids and have some fun. See ya there.
